I may be super new to the world of group fitness as an instructor, but I've been taking classes for years. I love all different kinds of exercise, but thrive in a  high intensity environment. With a musical theatre and performance background, I'm surprised it took me this long to the idea that I could teach movement. My teaching style is all about celebrating what our minds and bodies are capable of when we push them to perceived limits. I always aim to challenge and uplift every person who comes to class.
