this weekend i visited the Amika pop up happening in LA. Amika is one of my favorite hair care brands, so when i saw they were having a pop up, i had to go.
The Leo Mood I referenced for my shoot I realized in hindsight, was also relatively unbothered, but not disconnected. It’s playful and restful at the same time. It’s a quiet confidence. An ease in taking charge. It’s showy in a way that seems so natural, as if you were born with glitter in your veins.
Happy Leo Season fireflies!! Whew! What a relief, to be in this joyful, sunny, ultra-lax, creatively fertile time. Leo Season allows us to step into the spot light, take up space, prowl around, and get all the r&r we deserve.
to me, leo season is all about being bold and extra. during leo season, more is more. there’s no such thing as going overboard.
